So I have been trying to give you all some inspiration on how to use Bison meat. Last week I made a mountain of meatballs (3lbs) and the recipe is on this website as well. They freeze perfectly and after they are cooked I portion them out.
This weekend we had a Christmas party to go to with our cross fit gym family. So generally a healthy bunch of individuals that know how to have a great time!! I made this appy last year and it was just as big of a hit this time as last year!!
